Weekends in Sears 348.

For those of you who know me, you know I am not by any stretch an introvert or one who keeps to herself… Some of you might have just laughed at the absurdity of me being quiet…

But upon coming here to my lovely university of which I adore, I learned something about myself. I learned that after I have been in class ALL day long ,and after having socialized during lunch, chapel, and the occasional  pause for a hug and a quick conversation, I am exhausted.  What is my haven? Sears 348.

I come to my room, finish my homework that was assigned that day (New Years Resolution), and then I curl up in my bed for 1 of 4 things.

1. Nap ~ More often than not I fall victim to the seductress of sleep. O my but I love sleep. I may or may not be drooling right now thinking about a nap…
2. Internet Surfing ~ I catch some waves alright. That wave of excitement when the little car at the top of my news feed say “107 new stories” JACKPOT…O and Pinterest! Its like the gates of heaven opened! Pin this, Pin that…its like drugs
3. Reading~ Ok so this is hardly ever true anymore but I do enjoy a good long sit with Jane Eyre…
4. Movies ~ Nothing like a hot date with Netflix…’nough said

So on weekends with no homework to complete, and no boyfriend, and no predetermined agenda, You can find me and my roommate on ours beds with goldfish, string cheese, cups of Simply juice close by and a whole lot of contentment….

AAAAAAHHHHH the life.
